ANNOUNCEMENTS | October 11, 2024

Tasks Completed Thus Far:

• Completed paving of Paseo De Marianas, portions of Plumeria Ave., Ginger Ave., Coffee Tree Mall, and Royal Palm Ave.
• Completed construction of curbs and gutters throughout the Garapan Core

This Week:

• Laying of compacted base course for curbs along Palm St. (curbs near Verde Spa and Jonny's Bar and Grill) scheduled for October 8, 2024.
• Tree planting and landscaping along Paseo De Marianas continues.
• Installation of street signpost footing at all intersections.

Next Week

• Inner Garapan Core streets (remainder of Plumeria Ave., all of Coconut St., and Date St.) are being prepared and scheduled for asphalt paving.
• Tree planting and landscaping along Paseo De Marianas continues.
• Beach Rd. (portion from Grandvrio Resort Saipan to OHAS Boulangerie & Cafe Saipan): beginning of demolition of existing curbs and constructing new American Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant curb ramps.
• Continue installation of street signpost footing at all intersections & begin installation of street signs.
