Here is your Garapan Revitalization Project (GRP) update, covering progress made from mid-November to date:
In November, a change order was approved that extends the GRP to February 5, 2025. This project time extension allows the GRP contractor more time to improve existing road grading and add new drainage to low-lying, flood-prone portions of the Garapan Core.
As of December 16, 2024 Paseo De Marianas, Plumeria Avenue, Date Street, Ginger Avenue, Coffee Tree Mall, and half of Royal Palm Avenue are fully paved. The remaining streets— the other half of Royal Palm Avenue and all of Palm Street— are scheduled for paving this week, weather permitting.
