The Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) Office of Planning and Development (OPD) is requesting proposals for the assessment, design, and permitting of the future Small Community Exempt Landfill on Tinian at Puntan Diablo.

A mandatory pre-proposal call is scheduled for April 9, 2024 at 10:00am ChST via Microsoft Teams. Please email before April 8, 2024, 4:30pm ChST to register.

Due date for questions submissions is April 12, 2024, 4:30pm ChST.

Due date for proposals is April 23, 2024, 10:00am ChST.

For proposers located outside the CNMI, proposals must be postmarked no later than April 23, 2024, 10:00am ChST and received no later than May 1, 2024 by the Director of Procurement Services
