The CNMI's 4-Year Territorial Transportation Improvement Plan

The CNMI's 4-Year Territorial Transportation Improvement Plan (TTIP) for the period of FY 2023 to 2026 which includes projects respectively funded by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) through our Highway Office and the Federal Transit Authority (FTA) through the Commonwealth Office of Transit Authority (COTA) is now available for review and comments. You can download and review the TTIP here.
