DPW Requests Comments on Draft 20-Year Highway Plan

ANNOUNCEMENTS | September 13, 2022

The Department of Public Works is requesting public review and comments on the Draft 20-Year Highway Plan. This plan aims to offer a unifying framework for classifying and prioritizing transportation improvements on Saipan, Tinian, and Rota with a focus on opportunities for federally supported built infrastructure projects.

Comments are requested as soon as possible. DPW will incorporate comments received by September 30, 2022 into the final plan which will be shared with the Planning and Development Advisory Council at future community meetings. Please submit your comments to Henry Bautista at and Kenn Aldan at
