Commonwealth Office Transit Authority

The Commonwealth Office of Transit Authority (COTA) was created in order to develop a public transportation on Saipan to provide alternative transportation options. COTA provides public transportation service through the use of their 7-seater vans, Call-a-Ride Service, to currently serve the community. By providing public transportation accessible to all ages to make crossing wide and costly distances more affordable and safe. Learn more on the COTA website here.
