The Department of Commerce aims to develop sound solutions to stimulate the Commonwealth Economy by promoting a favorable business environment, attract private capital investment, infrastructure investment, research grants, and job development. The Department consists of the Office of the Secretary as well as the following Divisions: Alcoholic Beverage & Tobacco Control, Central Statistics, Enforcement & Compliance, Banking, Insurance, Registrar, Workers' Compensation Commission.
